Kzbkicks delivery time is 1-7 working days. Kzbkicks ships via DPD, DHL or PostNL. Unfortunately, during busy periods it may take longer and you will receive an update on this.

After Kzbkicks packages your package, you will receive an email containing your package’s tracking code. All Kzbkicks packages are insured.

Refund policy
If you want to return or exchange an item for any reason, Kzbkicks is here to help! Exchanges or returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order. (Please note: Original shipping and packaging costs of €7 for NL and €10 for BE will not be reimbursed.)

You may return items for store credit, additional products, or a refund using your original payment method. Different policies apply to items purchased on demand (see second to last point).

How do I return a product? What are the conditions?

Send an email to info@kzbkicks.nl within 14 hours of receipt of your order, including your name, full address and order number. You will receive a response from Kzbkicks within 2-3 working days. You will receive further instructions regarding your order via email.
Returned items must be tagged and returned in their original packaging. Kzbkicks’ team will not process returned items if they show signs of wear, use or damage, or indicate that they do not match the items originally ordered via the Kzbkicks website.
Returned items must be sent in separate shipping packaging to avoid damage to the original item and packaging. Kzbkicks has the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged or you fail to return the goods in accordance with Kzbkicks’ return conditions.
Kzbkicks inspects all items thoroughly before shipping. If the item you receive does not match what you ordered on the website, please contact Kzbkicks immediately!
Kzbkicks will not reimburse shipping costs incurred when returning an order. Customers must ensure that they choose a reliable logistics service provider and ship their items to Kzbkicks’ location.
If your return is accepted, the amount of the shoes will be credited to your original payment method. If you choose to exchange, you will receive an email with your new order. Your refund may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
If your return is rejected for one of the above reasons, Kzbkicks customer service will notify you via email within 3 working days. Kzbkicks will ship returned items back at your expense.
If you order an item upon request, the item cannot be returned to Kzbkicks. Why? Because the item is not in Kzbkicks’ inventory but was purchased for you in person. Kzbkicks thoroughly inspects every item purchased upon request before shipping to you.

Tip: Kzbkicks recommends that customers use a trackable shipping service/shipping insurance to secure their return when returning items worth more than €150. Kzbkicks is not responsible for lost products when returned by the customer.
