Transportation Policy
Kzbkicks delivery time is 1-7 business days. Kzbkicks ships via DPD, DHL or PostNL. Unfortunately, during busy periods it may take longer and you will receive updates on this situation.

Once Kzbkicks packages your package, you will receive an email with the package tracking code. All Kzbkicks packages are insured.

Refund Policy
If you want to return or exchange an item for any reason, Kzbkicks will help you. You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. (Please note: the original shipping and packaging fee for NL is 7 euros, for BE it is 10 euros and is not refundable.)

You can return the item using your original form of payment for store credit, additional items or a refund. A different policy applies to items purchased on demand (see penultimate point).

How do I return an item? What are the terms?

Send an email with your name, full address and order number to info@kzbkicks.nl within 14 hours of receiving your order. You will receive a response from Kzbkicks within 2-3 business days. You will receive a detailed explanation of your order via email.

Returned items must be tagged and returned in their original packaging. The Kzbkicks team will not process returned items if they show signs of wear, use, or damage, or if they show that they do not match the item originally ordered via the Kzbkicks website.

Returned items must be sent in a different shipping packaging to avoid damage to the original item and packaging. Kzbkicks reserves the right to reject return requests if the original packaging is damaged or if you have not returned the item in accordance with Kzbkicks’ return conditions.

Kzbkicks thoroughly inspects all items before shipping. If the item you receive is different from the one you ordered on the website, please contact Kzbkicks immediately.

Kzbkicks will not refund shipping costs for returns. Customers must choose a reliable logistics service provider and ship the item to Kzbkicks’ location.

If your return is accepted, the amount of the shoes will be credited to your original payment method. If you choose an exchange, you will receive an email regarding your new order. It may take up to 5 business days to process your refund.

If your return is rejected for any of the above reasons, Kzbkicks customer service will inform you by email within 3 working days. Kzbkicks will return the item at its expense.
If you have ordered an item at your request, you cannot return it to Kzbkicks. Why? Because this item is not in Kzbkicks’ stock and was purchased personally. At your request, Kzbkicks thoroughly inspects each purchased item before shipping it.
