GoPro Shipping Policy
GoPro is now offering flat-rate shipping on US orders for $9.95 for cameras and $3.95 for small packages. Sometimes, they offer free shipping during seasonal sales. GoPro also sends APO/FPO addresses. For orders outside the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands), USPS Priority Mail will be sent.

The time it takes to receive your order will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout and the distance of your shipping address from the California warehouse.

GoPro Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your GoPro camera or accessories purchased from the GoPro.com website, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Pack your items securely and protect your returned items with a tracked and insured delivery service.

Please note that items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the RMA. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send it to:
